Region of Kaluga – the Zlotarjev family

The father of the family Sergej (45) is an executive with a large European automobile manufacturer in his home town of Kaluga. He has to speak German regularly in his job and is very interested in the German mentality and way of life.

His wife Galina (44) is a Doctor of Philosophy [Equivalent to a PhD]. Galina teaches the Russian language and organises parties for children. She is very attached to her native country and patriotic.

The mother of Galina Darja (64) also lives in the apartment of the Zlotarjevs and regularly prepares the meals and ensures heated discussions on the subject of “Communism”

The two children are studying in Moscow and only live with their mother and father during the holidays.
